Who We Are
Rim Family Services is a community-based 501(c)(3) non-profit agency offering counseling programs for individuals and families.
Our History
1991
Rim Communities Against Substance Abuse (RCASA) Established
Community-Driven Roots - Formed by a local task force to address rising substance abuse in the mountain.
1992
Incorporated and launched counseling services with San Bernadino County
Began providing alcohol and drug counseling through a contract with the Office of Alcohol and Drug Programs (OADP)

Our Programs have continuously evolved based on community needs and feedback, as well as funding availability.
