Hello Rim Youth Prevention Leadership Coalition members and friends!
The City of Big Bear Lake has passed their own Social Host Ordinance (SHO) so our entire mountain area will now be protected by this type of ordinance (as you know, the unincorporated areas have already been covered by a SHO) !
That mountain wide forum we have been talking about for awhile now at our coalition meetings has come to fruition (and fast!!). The Sheriff’s Department has coordinated with Big Bear’s Taskforce to push this meeting through and we are partnering with them.
Carol Kinzel and I will be driving over. If any of you would like to ride with us, please let me know and we will make arrangements!
